I attract people who want to improve the quality of their lives or to try something altogether new. Out of the transformation process, often come revelations and directions they never thought possible in their lives. This can be a very exciting time!
Through one-on-one coaching sessions, my clients and I examine their lives, pacing the process to each individual’s needs. I strive to bring awareness and balance to the experience. To find one’s center is to find one’s self.
Through listening, learning, challenging, even playing, my clients stretch their self-imposed boundaries, and I am proud to say, often make momentous breakthroughs. And together we enjoy the countless tiny victories that go along with living a purposed, self-determined life.
My approach to coaching is holistic in nature. I use a combination of the GROW Model and the OSKAR model.
The GROW model integrates four primary elements that include
- Goals – What you are looking to achieve
- Reality – An honest assessment of where you are currently in relation to your goals
- Options – Exploring the most viable options available to you to help you reach your goal
- Wrap Up – After choosing the option that you believe will be best for you, I will help you clarify your commitment to the process of improvement — making sure that you are aware of what will be necessary for you to achieve the goals you have set.
The OSKAR Model
The OSKAR Coaching Model – Features A Solution-Focused Approach
Originating from the Solutions Focused Approach, the OSKAR coaching model is a powerful framework to help you focus on solutions rather than problems. Here is a brief description of the different stages.
At this initial stage of the OSKAR coaching model, I will be establishing a ‘platform’ from which to coach. I will make an assessment of whether or not you are currently ready to take on the challenge associated with your goals. At the outset, I will also be clarifying:
- What you want to achieve – this may be in the long, medium and short-term
- What you want to achieve from the session itself and how you will know it has been useful to you
- The ‘future perfect’ in other words the perfect scenario desired by you
- Asking the right question to help you visualize, in detail, your desired outcome.
Once you have a clear picture of your desired outcome, I will then establish where you are already in relation to this. Using Scaling Techniques to ensure that we can quantify current and future realities.
E.g. On a scale of 1 – 10, where 1 represents an extreme gap and 10 represents close proximity, where are you in relation to this goal.
Linking to the Scaling stage, I will build on this foundation by establishing what positives have given you your current rating – what skills, knowledge, and attributes do you currently possess that place you at, say a 4 or 5 rather than a 0. This stage is all about uncovering your strengths – your knowledge, skills, and attributes and building up your awareness of these assets, and developing confidence. The sort of questions I will likely be asking at this stage are:
- What skills/knowledge/attributes do you currently have that will help you?
- When have you done this/something similar before?
- What would others say is working for you?
This stage really is about ‘digging for gold’ and will be taken to establish the resources you currently have at your disposal.
Affirm and Action
Affirming – this is about providing positive reinforcement of what I have heard…reflecting back positive comments about some of the key strengths and attributes you have revealed (e.g. I am impressed with the knowledge you have in this area, or it’s evident from what you have just said that this is working for you).
Action – this is about helping you determine what small action or actions you will now take.
This final stage of the OSKAR coaching model is for reviewing progress against actions and is, therefore, most likely to take place at the beginning of the next coaching session. The emphasis is on reviewing the positives:
- what is better?
- What did you do that made change successful?
- What do you think will change next?
The goal is to get results progressively through measurable and quantifiable steps.

Silver Coaching Package
Sixteen weeks of half-hour coaching sessions by phone. I will get you where you want to be pulling you out of your comfort zone. I will be there to encourage and support you through your process.
Gold Coaching Package
Twenty-four weeks of half-hour coaching sessions by phone. I will help you develop a plan for becoming your best self. I believe that a coach/client relationship thrives through regular contact and support. I will be there with you every step of the way.
Platinum Life Mastery Package
52 weeks of intense transitional therapy and mental exercises in addition to a complete holistic health and healing program.
